Cross Country General Comments
Welcome to the cross country page. As the new cross country coach I thought this would be a good place to put schedules and information for the athletes and parents. I have a page with the schedule and there are explanations of the types of runs we do and why we do them. Also there are a number of pages that have specific body weight strength routines as well as different warm up routines.

Don’t forget to sign up for the free addaero app. That is where we log your mileage. For HS it is important as it is a part of earning your letter.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes Camp
Fellowship of Christian Athletes hosts a really good running camp each year. I would encourage all of your athletes to attend. It is a bible based camp that has the additional running piece. A great place to meet other christian high school runners from around the state. We tackle what it looks like to run for God as opposed to running for ones own glory. How to be humble when you do well and gracious when you don’t. Great experience. More information at FCA Running Camp.
