    1. Lunges with twist x 5 each leg
    2. Lunge to each side x 5 each leg
    3. Lunge backward x 5 each leg
    4. Bodyweight single leg deadlift x 10 each leg
    5. B-skip x 50 meters

    Dynamic Flexibility Routine One (10 times each or so)
    1-arms circles backward
    2-across the chest
    3- trunk twists (gentle)
    4-windmills (make sure not to rotate the trunk)
    5-Good Mornings
    6-Body Squats
    7-Iron Cross
    8-Scorpions
    9-Shin Dance
    10-Leg Swings (front and side)
